Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A' long-term rating to Iowa Board of Regents series I.S.U. 2011 dormitory revenue refunding bonds, issued on behalf of Iowa State University of Science and Technology for Iowa State University (ISU). At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on ISU's academic building revenue bonds, indoor multipurpose use and training facility revenue bonds, student health facility revenue bonds, memorial union revenue bonds, regulated materials facility revenue bonds, and series 2004 recreational system facilities revenue bonds. The 'AA' ratings on these various unlimited student fee bonds are based on application of our government-related entities (GRE) criteria. The stand-alone credit profile (SACP) of the university remains 'AA-'....
