Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to the Iowa Board of Regents series 2010 academic building revenue bonds, issued on behalf of Iowa State University of Science & Tech (ISU). At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA' long-term and underlying rating (SPUR) on ISU's outstanding academic building revenue bonds, indoor multipurpose use and training facility revenue bonds, student health facility revenue bonds, memorial union revenue bonds, regulated materials facility revenue bonds, and the series 2004 recreational system facilities revenue bonds. The 'AA' rating on these various unlimited student fee bonds is based on application of our general related entities (GRE) criteria.
