Abstract
U.S.-based Stanadyne Corp. has experienced recent revenue growth, and we expect its EBITDA margins to improve through the rest of the year. We are affirming our ratings, including the 'CCC+' corporate credit rating, on Stanadyne and revising the outlook to stable from negative. The stable outlook reflects our expectation that credit measures will improve from very weak levels, as well as our understanding that Stanadyne has the ability to service its parent-level debt through at least February 2012.
