Abstract
AIG United Guaranty Insurance (Asia) Ltd.'s management has indicated that some form of explicit support from a higher-rated affiliate is possible. We revised the CreditWatch status of the financial strength rating to CreditWatch developing from CreditWatch negative. If the company does receive this explicit support, we could raise the rating, but we could lower them if there is no such support.
