GO promissory notes series 2006A reflects the district's: Large, diverse, and growing economic base with consistently low unemployment rates; Favorable economic indicators; Strong financial operations and reserves; and Moderate debt burden with rapid amortization. The 'AAA' rating on the district's previously issued debt has been affirmed. The 4,326-square-mile district serves an area that includes all of Dane County, including Madison; four other counties; and portions of seven additional counties.
