Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AA' long-term rating on Franklin County, Ohio's series 2003C-2 bonds and 'AA' underlying rating (SPUR) on the county's series 2003C-1 bonds. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA/A-1+' dual rating on the county's series 2008A bonds and 'AAA/A-1+' dual rating on the county's series 2003D bonds. The county issued all bonds on behalf of OhioHealth. The outlook on the OhioHealth ratings remains stable. The long-term component of the rating for the 2008A bonds is based on that on OhioHealth (AA) and represents the likelihood that debt service will be paid over the life of the issue.
