Abstract
OVERVIEW We have assigned credit ratings to Gable Funding's cash flow CLO of U.K. public infrastructure loans. The notes' issuance proceeds have been invested in a portfolio of public infrastructure loans denominated in British pound sterling. The portfolio comprises 66 drawn senior loans to 57 individual infrastructure projects, originated under the U.K.'s private finance initiative or public-private partnership program. LONDON (Standard & Poor's) April 20, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its credit ratings to Gable Funding PLC's cash flow collateralized loan obligation (CLO) of U.K. public infrastructure loans.
