Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AA' long-term rating and stable outlook to Valley Park School District, Mo.'s series 2011 general obligation (GO) refunding bonds. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'AA' long-term rating on the district's previously issued GO bonds and its 'AA-' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the district's previously issued lease-backed debt.
