California Health Facilities Financing Authority Stanford Hospital and Clinics; Hospital; Joint Criteria May 10

Abstract Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A+' long-term rating to California Health Facilities Financing Authority's series 2010A and 2010B revenue bonds, issued on behalf of Stanford Hospital and Clinics (SHC), Calif. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A+' long-term and underlying rating (SPUR) on California Health Facilities Financing Authority's outstanding hospital revenue bonds, issued on behalf of SHC. Finally, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AAA/A-1' rating on SHC's 2008A-2, based on the application of our joint criteria, and affirmed its 'A+/A-1' rating on SHC's existing debt.
