Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to University of Illinois Board of Trustees, Ill.'s series 2011A and 2011B (taxable) auxiliary facility system (AFS) revenue bonds issued on behalf of the University of Illinois. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' long-term and underlying rating (SPUR) and 'AA-/A-1' rating on the university's outstanding AFS revenue bonds and various certificates of participation (COPs). The outlook on all bonds is negative.
