NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) June 1, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today it has assigned its 'AA-' rating to Education Reform Success Inc., Ga.'s series 2011A qualified school construction and 2011B certificates of participation (COPs), issued on behalf of Atlanta Independent School System.
