Abstract
AC maintained strong capital and liquidity through the severe downturn and has resolved most of the asset quality issues in its portfolio. We are revising our outlook on AIC to positive from stable and affirming our 'BBB' counterparty credit rating on the company. We could upgrade AIC if asset quality and realized earnings remain stable as the firm resumes growth.
