Abstract Equity infusion from parent has addressed concerns surrounding parental support and weaker stand-alone credit metrics. We affirmed the corporate credit, issue and ASEAN scale ratings on Singapore Power and SP PowerAssets and also affirmed the corporate credit and issue ratings on SP AusNet Group, SPI (Australia) Assets and their associated entities. The rating outlook on the group has been revised to stable from negative. On Oct. 30, 2009, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised to stable from negative the outlooks on the corporate credit ratings on Singapore Power Ltd., SP PowerAssets Ltd., SP AusNet Group, SPI (Australia) Assets Pty Ltd. and associated entities.
