Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services raised its short-term rating to 'SP-1+' from 'SP-1' on Los Angeles County Schools Pooled Financing Program, Calif.'s 2011-2012 pooled tax and revenue anticipation note (TRAN) participation certificates, series A-2. The revised rating reflects our view of revisions to data and information previously provided to us by the program at the time we issued the rating. According to the revised data provided by the program, the note maturity date is March 30, 2012, instead of June 29, 2012 (as indicated when we issued the rating), which strengthens note coverage at maturity, in our view, based on each individual school district's projected cash balances in March 2012.
