Abstract
OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on the class A-1, A-2b, A-3, B, C, and D notes from BlackRock Senior Income Series V Ltd. We affirmed our rating on the class A-2a notes. We removed our ratings on the class A-1, A-2a, A-2b, A-3, and B notes from CreditWatch positive. The upgrades reflect the improvement in credit quality of the collateral in the transaction's underlying asset portfolio.
