Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AAA/A-1+' rating on Illinois Finance Authority's (Provena Health System) hospital variable-rate demand revenue bonds series 2009B, 2009C, and 2009D, due to the bank facility being extended to Sept. 21, 2013. The long-term component of the rating is based jointly (assuming low correlation) on the rating on the obligor, Provena Health System, and the letter of credit provider, JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. The short-term component of the rating is based solely on the rating on JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A.
