Abstract
OVERVIEW We affirmed and removed from CreditWatch positive our ratings on the class Sr VFN and 2005-A MTN notes from Black Diamond International Funding Ltd. The affirmations reflect the availability of sufficient credit support at the current rating levels. NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) June 14, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today affirmed its ratings on the class Sr VFN and 2005-A MTN notes issued by Black Diamond International Funding Ltd., a collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transaction managed by Black Diamond Capital Management LLC. At the same time, we removed our ratings on both classes from CreditWatch, where we placed them with positive implications on March 1, 2011 (see list).
