Abstract Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' rating to Arlington, Texas' series 2009 permanent improvement bonds, and series 2009A and series 2009B combination tax and revenue certificates of obligation. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA+' rating on the city's general obligation (GO) debt outstanding. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
