Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' long-term rating, and stable outlook, to Clayton County Hospital Authority, Ga.'s series 2010A refunding revenue anticipation certificates and series 2010B taxable refunding revenue anticipation certificates, supported by Clayton County, Ga. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR), with a stable outlook, on the county's general obligation (GO) debt.
