Atrium V Ratings Raised On Seven Classes; Two Ratings Affirmed Jun 11

Abstract OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on the class A-1, A-2b, A-3b, A-4, B, C, and D notes from Atrium V. We also affirmed our ratings on the class A-2a and A-3a notes. We removed the ratings on the class A-1, A-2b, A-3a, A-3b, A-4, B, C, and D notes from CreditWatch with positive implications. The upgrades reflect an improvement in the credit quality of the assets in the transaction's underlying portfolio. The affirmations of the class A-2a and A-3a ratings reflect the availability of credit support at the current rating levels.
