OVERVIEW PHEAA Student Loan Trust 2011-1's note issuance is an ABS securitization backed by student loans that are at least 97% reinsured or insured by the U.S. federal government under either the FFELP or HEAL program. We assigned our preliminary 'AAA (sf)' rating to the series 2011-1 notes. The preliminary 'AAA (sf)' rating reflects our view of the transaction's credit support, payment and legal structures, and pool characteristics, among other factors.
