Abstract Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating and stable outlook to Arlington County Industrial Development Authority, Va.'s series 2011 revenue bonds, issued for Arlington County. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'AAA' rating on the county's existing general obligation (GO) debt and its 'AA+' rating on the county's appropriation-backed debt. The outlook is stable.
