Abstract
The 'AAA' rating on Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District, Texas' bonds is based on the credit enhancement provided by the Texas Permanent School Fund Guarantee. The Standard & Poor's underlying rating (SPUR) is based on the full faith and credit of the district and reflects the following credit factors: Participation in the diverse Dallas/Fort Worth economy; An expanding, although moderately concentrated, tax base; A historically strong financial position; and Moderate debt levels, coupled with rapidly growing enrollments and accompanying future capital needs. Located in Tarrant County, the district is approximately 13 miles north of downtown Fort Worth.
