Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) May 21, 2007--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that DTE Energy Co.'s (BBB/Stable/A-2) announcement regarding the sale of the Antrim gas properties doesn't immediately affect its rating on the company. The sale should help to improve DTE Energy's business profile by reducing its proportion of nonregulated assets. In addition, some portion of the proceeds will be used to strengthen credit metrics....
