Abstract
PARIS (Standard & Poor's) Sept. 30, 2009--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it has assigned its highest principal stability fund rating of 'AAAm' to BNP Paribas InstiCash - BNP Paribas InstiCash EUR Government and to BNP Paribas Liquidit-s Euro, two money market funds, managed by BNP Paribas Asset Management. The rating is based on Standard & Poor's analysis of the funds' credit quality, liquidity, market price exposure, and management. BNP Paribas InstiCash EUR Government, launched in April 2009, is a money market subfund of BNP Paribas InstiCash, a Soci-t- d'Investissement A Capital Variable (SICAV), established in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
