Norske Skogindustrier Outlook Revised To Stable From Negative On Completed Refinancing; 'B-' Rating Affirmed Jun 11

Abstract
Norway-based forest product group Norske Skogindustrier ASA has disposed of assets and completed a refinancing exercise, which, in our view, reduces covenant and refinancing risk. We now view the group's liquidity profile as adequate, because current liquidity resources cover near-term debt maturities and covenant risk has been materially reduced. We are revising the outlook to stable from negative, primarily to reflect our assumption that the group can maintain an adequate liquidity position over the near term.
