Abstract Standard & Poor's Ratings Services' credit analysts recently attended the Consumer Analyst Group of New York Conference (CAGNY) in Scottsdale, Ariz., where some of the most recognized consumer product companies discussed current trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market. Key themes were similar to last year's conference and included addressing changes in consumer preferences and rising commodity costs, as well as portfolio and geographic expansion opportunities.
