Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) June 2, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to Energy Northwest (ENW), Wash.'s proposed $423.8 million of revenue bonds consisting of $4.5 million taxable Columbia Generating Station electric revenue refunding bonds, series 2011-C, $156.4 million project 1 electric revenue refunding bonds, series 2012-A, $194.6 million Columbia Generating Station electric revenue refunding bonds, series 2012-A and $68.3 million project 3 electric revenue refunding bonds series 2012-A. Proceeds will refund bonds outstanding. The 2012 bonds are forward delivery bonds that ENW will deliver April 3, 2012. The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), Ore., has entered agreements that we understand require it to treat debt service on these bonds as an operating expense, together...
