Abstract SAN FRANCISCO (Standard & Poor's) March 18, 2002--Standard & Poor's today assigned its double-'A'-minus rating to Energy Northwest Wash.'s $102.92 million subordinate lien refunding electric revenue bonds series 2002B, issued for Bonneville Power Administration's project number 1, $122.12 million subordinate lien refunding electric revenue bonds series 2002B, issued for Bonneville Power Administration's Columbia Generating Station, and $76.04 million subordinate lien refunding electric revenue bonds series 2002B, issued for Bonneville Power Administration project number 3. The bonds are scheduled to sell March 20, 2002.
