NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's CreditWire) Nov. 15, 1999--Standard & Poor's today assigned its double-'A'-plus rating to Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Authority's $85 million revenue bonds series 1999B due Nov. 15, 2039, and $70 million variable-rate demand bonds series 1999C and 1999D due Nov. 15, 2030, issued for Washington University. The bonds are scheduled to sell Nov. 17, 1999. The outlook is stable. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its double-'A'-plus rating on the authority's $15.85 million educational facilities revenue bonds series 1998A, also issued for the university. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its double-'A'-plus/'A-1'-plus ratings on the following issues, also issued by the authority for the university: -- $24.8 million variable-rate demand bonds series 1984; -- $14.4 million...
