Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 20, 2008--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its 'AAA' rating to Chase Issuance Trust's $1.035 billion class A(2008-2) seven-year, floating-rate notes. This is the second tranche of class A notes Chase Bank USA N.A. (Chase USA; 'AA/A-1+'), formerly Bank One Delaware N.A., has issued in 2008 from the Chase Issuance Trust (formerly Bank One Issuance Trust). The notes are similar to previous issuances from the trust with respect to collateral, structural, and legal characteristics. Upon the issuance of these notes, there will be $53.9 billion in class A notes outstanding.
