Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Sept. 15, 2003--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its preliminary 'A' rating to Bank One Issuance Trust's ONEseries $275 million class B(2003-3) notes. The preliminary rating is based on information as of Sept. 15, 2003. Subsequent information may result in the assignment of a final rating that differs from the preliminary rating. The preliminary rating reflects the experience of Bank One Delaware N.A. ('A+/A-1') as originator and servicer; the strong and stable portfolio performance of the collateral; satisfaction of current issuance tests; and sound structural and legal provisions.
