Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 23, 2002--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today affirmed its 'A' rating on Bank One Issuance Trust's $500 million class B(2002-3) notes. The rating action follows the issuance of an additional $200 million notes on Dec. 23, 2002. The first $300 million of the class B(2002-3) notes were issued on Dec. 16, 2002. Therefore, the total outstanding dollar principal amount of class B(2002-3) is $500 million. Both issuances are part of the same tranche and have the same terms....
