Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 26, 2004--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its preliminary 'AAA' rating to Bank One Issuance Trust's ONEseries $2.0 billion class A(2004-2) notes. The preliminary rating is based on information as of Feb. 26, 2004. Subsequent information may result in the assignment of a final rating that differs from the preliminary rating. The preliminary rating reflects the experience of Bank One Delaware N.A. ('A+/A-1') as originator and servicer; the strong and stable portfolio performance of the collateral; the satisfaction of current issuance tests; and the sound structural and legal provisions.
