Abstract NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Aug. 4, 2004--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its 'A' rating to Bank One Issuance Trust's $250.0 million class B(2004-1) five-year floating-rate notes. This is the first tranche of class B notes Bank One Delaware N.A. (Bank One; 'AA-/A-1+') has issued in 2004 from the Bank One Issuance Trust. The notes are similar to Bank One's previous issuances with respect to collateral, structural, and legal characteristics. Upon the issuance of these notes, there will be $1.9 billion in class B notes outstanding.
