NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 28, 2008--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its 'AAA' rating to Chase Issuance Trust's $2.8 billion class A(2008-1) two-year, floating-rate notes. This is the first tranche of class A notes Chase Bank USA N.A. (Chase USA; 'AA/A-1+'), formerly Bank One Delaware N.A., has issued in 2008 from the Chase Issuance Trust (formerly Bank One Issuance Trust). The notes are similar to previous issuances from the trust regarding collateral, structural, and legal characteristics.
