The 'AA' school issuer credit rating (ICR) assigned to the series 2010A and 2010B bonds, and on the district's previously rated GO bonds, reflects Standard & Poor's Ratings Services' view of the district's: Participation in the diverse Kansas City, Mo. metropolitan area economy; Strong growth in both assessed valuation and student enrollment; Very strong wealth and income indicators; and Strong general fund reserves, as measured on a cash basis of accounting.
