Abstract Standard & Poor's affirmed the ratings of four asset-backed commercial paper multiseller conduits, for the period of June 19 to June 23, 2000 (see table). These rating actions were based on Standard & Poor's review of the transactionstransaction before theyit enteredenters the conduitsconduit. Financing limits for these transactions totaled $5,610.25 million. The commercial paper that the conduits issued was backed by collateralized debt obligations, credit card receivables, and mortgages. Year-to-date, including this week's additions, Standard & Poor's has affirmed ratings based on 60 transactions entering for31 conduits of 25 program administrators. Year-to-date, Standard & Poor's has affirmed ratings on transactions totaling approximately $18.5 billion11,114,633,192.31 in financing limits.
