Abstract
SIAG Schaaf Industrie AG (SIAG) is proposing to issue notes of up to -50 million to improve its liquidity situation and prefund future capital investments. We are assigning a preliminary long-term 'B-' rating to SIAG, which is subject to the successful issuance of the notes. We are also assigning a preliminary 'CCC+' issue rating to the proposed -50 million unsecured notes, with a recovery rating of '5'. The outlook is stable because we expect that SIAG will benefit from the current upturn in the industry from 2011 and improve its sales and profitability.
