Abstract
LONDON (Standard & Poor's) April 29, 2009-Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that following a review of Rosenkavalier 2008 GmbH, there is no change to the 'A' rating on the class A notes issued by Rosenkavalier. On Dec. 11, 2008, we assigned credit ratings to class A notes issued by Rosenkavalier. Rosenkavalier 2008 also issued an unrated class B tranche. In this transaction, Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG (HVB) securitized a mixed portfolio of corporate loans to German and European small and midsize enterprises and large corporates, and residential mortgage loans to German private clients.
