Ltd. (DTAC) reflects the following risks: Highly competitive environment. Competition in the Thai cellular market remains intense and operators are experiencing slowing revenue growth as wireless penetration rate has reached about 69%. Private operators agreed to be subjected to the interconnection regime in November 2006 and some of them have started their billing in the first quarter of 2007. This move has slowed down the irrational pricing competition as players introduce on-net pricing packages. Nevertheless, heightened competition through price cuts and heavy promotions to gain market share may persist...
