Abstract
Aviv REIT Inc. is a private owner of 185 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in 24 states. We assigned our 'B+' corporate credit rating to Aviv REIT Inc. and two of its subsidiaries. We also assigned a 'B+' rating and a recovery rating of '3' to Aviv's proposed $200 million senior unsecured notes. Our stable outlook reflects our expectation for relatively stable cash flow as Aviv extends its existing tenant relationships and steadily expands its asset base.
