Amendment To JPMorgan PUTTERs/DRIVERs Trust Agreement Won't Affect Ratings Oct 08

Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 24, 2008--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services reviewed amendments dated Oct. 23, 2008, amending the series trust agreements for various series of JPMorgan Securities PUTTERs & DRIVERs. We concluded that the amendments will not result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings assigned to the series (see below). The amendments address the deleverage of receipts, where PUTTERs will be cancelled and additional DRIVERs will be issued.
