Morgan Chase Bank, the long- and short-term credit ratings of which Standard & Poor's Ratings Services lowered to 'AA-/A-1+' from 'AA/A-1+' on Sept. 17, 2002. The list also includes the municipal LOC-backed transactions that were lowered due to the aforementioned action on the long-term credit rating of J.P. Morgan Chase Bank. J.P.
