Standard & Poor's Ratings Services raised its ratings on JPMorgan Securities PUTTERs & DRIVERs Trust's series puttable tax-exempt receipts derivative investment tax-exempt receipts series 1475, relating to Honolulu City and County, Hawaii's wastewater system revenue bonds, to 'AA/A-1+' and 'AA' from 'AA-/A-1+' and 'AA-', respectively. This action follows Standard & Poor's Oct. 14, 2010, upgrade of the rating on the underlying bond to 'AA' from 'AA-'. The long-term component of the rating is based on the underlying bond (CUSIP: 438701EX8). The short-term component of the rating is based on the liquidity provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A.
