Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Sept. 25, 2008--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services reviewed an amendment, dated Sept. 25, 2008, amending the series trust agreement for each series of receipts identified in such amendment, and the master terms of trust agreement attached to each such series trust agreement for the JPMorgan Securities PUTTERs & DRIVERs. We concluded that the amendment will not result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings Standard & Poor's assigned to outstanding series of JPMorgan Securities PUTTERs & DRIVERs. The amendment cancels PUTTERs previously delivered thereto in a stated amount equal to the cancelled PUTTERs amount, executes additional DRIVERS in the stated amount equal to the additional DRIVERs amount, and delivers such additional DRIVERs to...
