Abstract OVERVIEW Brazos Higher Education Authority Inc.'s note issuance is a securitization of student loans that are at least 97% reinsured by the U.S. federal government. We assigned our 'AAA (sf)' ratings to the class 2011-II-A notes. The ratings reflect our view of the transaction's credit enhancement, cash flow structure, and collateral portfolio, as well as our stress scenarios, among other factors.
