Abstract NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 30, 2002--Standard & Poor's released a new edition of 'CMBS Quarterly Insights: Stage Set for Active 2002.' This newsletter includes predictions and developing trends for 2002, and a look back at 2001 performance.
