Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) July 27, 2010--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services corrected its rating on JPMorgan Securities PUTTERs & DRIVERs Trust's derivative inverse tax-exempt receipts series 3324, relating to Tampa Bay Water's Regional Water Supply Authority utility system revenue bonds series 2008, to 'AA+' from 'NR'. The outlook is not meaningful. On April 2, 2009, the rating on the bonds was withdrawn due to an incorrect maturity date entered in WFM when the issue was created....
