Online bingo is a consolidated and growing reality - in 2013 the world market is set to reach a margin of $2.7 Billion. In Italy, 2009 has been the “year zero” for this product; some operators started to offer paid versions of Bingo games (such as Microgame, Gioco Digitale, Sisal and Lottomatica), inside their online games portfolio. In November 2009, the Jackpot allocation criteria and tax amount were changed, moving from 58% to 70% and under 11% respectively. Last year, Bingo's margin in Italy reached €26.6 million.

On the other hand, Casino games have not been launched in Italy so far: their distribution is supposed to start in the coming weeks. At a worldwide level, online casino represents the product with the best potential growth scenario in the coming years - in 2012 a Gross Margin of about $7.8 Billion is expected, with a growth rate of 13.5% in 2011.

The casino games portfolio is composed of a wide range of games, including Roulette, Slot Machines and Card games. Payout is fixed at around 95% and 99%, with strong differences among the several game types.

Operators in the worldwide market can be divided by games platform owners (e.g. Partygaming and Bwin) and business operators, developed by external software providers (e.g. Playtech, Microgaming and Electracade).
